Emanuel Gonzalez, a Commander of the New York Police Department, is reportedly under investigation after a roll call where he told his team of officers to shoot hip-hop artist 50 Cent on sight according to The Hollywood Reporter. Despite threatening 50 Cent’s life, Gonzalez is still on active duty as he has been apart of the NYPD team for 30 years.
