When it rains, it pours; especially for Young Buck. By now, his financial troubles with the feds are common knowledge and have headlines ten times more than his music. Now, he is facing his most serious situation to date. Buck was indicted yesterday for possession of a firearm and ammunition.

Seeing as how Ja Rule is facing two years for basically the same situation while Wayne and Prodigy both recently released, it doesn’t look good for Buck.

Nashville’s WSMV Channel 4 reports that prosecutors unsealed the indictment today, for an incident that occurred around August 3rd, just as Federal agents raided his Hendersonville home over a $300,000 tax dispute with the IRS.

Young Buck has pleaded not guilty to the gun possession charge and has been released on $100,000 bond.

If convicted, Buck is staring a decade behind bars.
