A Tribe Called Quest shook up the Barclays Center last night (November 20) as the opening act for Kanye West’s second night of his Yeezus tour in Brooklyn. The legendary hip hop group brought it back to basics with renditions of their classics like “Benita Applebaum” equipped with a real life Benita.

ATCQ also added a surprise guest to their set when Busta Rhymes joined them on stage for a special performance of “Scenario.” Despite the minor technical difficulties, the Barclays Center was up and on their feet.

The group is surely sticking to their word to make their final performances their greatest performances.

“In August, ATCQ did our last show FOR Cali,” Q-Tip tweeted last month. “It’s only right we do our FINAL 2 joints where we started… NYC.”
