The Make A Wish Foundation reached out to Waka Flocka Flame to help 16 year-old Kiyana’s dream come true. Kiyana, a terminally ill patient who recently suffered kidney failure, said her dream was to meet Waka and go on a shopping spree. Once he got the word, he replied with “Oh, let’s do it!”

The two spent an afternoon at the Ritz Carlton, Buckhead and made Kiyana one of the happiest girl’s in the world.

It really put things into perspective for me. People just don’t know what is to come, or when that day is.Family is the most important thing, and being able to make a difference while you’re here.  I was put here for a reason. We all were, feel me? All we can do is better ourselves and help others.
