2012 looks to be a big year for Dom Kennedy, one of Hip-Hop’s more prominent talked about names yet to really crack the mainstream. FLüD caught up with D.K. to discuss a variety of issues ranging from why change isn’t necessarily a negative trait for an artist, his to-do list he has for himself in his rap career and much, much more.

Something tells me we’re in for something really special from Dom in the coming months. To be quite honest, The Original Dom Kennedy was one of the better projects – mixtape or album – to drop last year and something I believe we’ll look at as a career highlight once Dom hangs up his mic for good sometime in the distant future. My money’s on Dom he drops a compilation of the same caliber in the coming months.

And another thing, I know it’s probably a 5% chance this ever goes down, but I’m still calling for a joint EP or something of that nature between he and Kendrick Lamar.
