2014 Philly 4th of July Jam

VH1 and Palladia are gearing up for a memorable Independence Day celebration this year as they have just announced their 4th annual “The Philly 4th of July Jam”.

Kicking off in the City of Brotherly Love, The Philly 4th of July Jam will be simulcast on VH1 and Palladia on Friday, July 4 from 8-11 p.m. EST and will also be live streamed on PhillyJam.VH1.com and on the VH1 App. Four-time Grammy award winners The Roots will perform at the event and also serve as the house band for this year’s festivities. The lineup includes Nicki Minaj, Ed Sheeran, Jennifer Hudson, Ariana Grande and Aloe Blacc. Capping off the “Largest Free Concert In America”, the evening will include a spectacular fireworks display over the iconic Philadelphia Museum of Art at the end.

The Philly 4th of July Jam takes place during Wawa Welcome America!, a multi-day festival that celebrates America’s birthday in America’s birthplace, Philadelphia. With over 500,000 expected attendees, this is not an event you want to miss out on.

For those that can’t make it, be sure to catch the live stream from 8-11 PM EST. on the 4th of July to enjoy the celebrations.
