T.I. has full access. The ATLien received the key to the city of Jackson, Mississippi yesterday (Sept. 24) in an effort to encourage students to avoid the mistakes he’s made.

Acknowledging his criminal past, Tip spoke to students at various schools to deliver the principles centered around “being safe, being productive and being better.” This awareness tour is rooted in the rapper’s continuing journey on his “road to redemption,” an effort to see children progress and develop in a positive way.

Mayor Tony Yarber believes the “No Mediocre” rapper’s continued efforts to be a positive role model for youth and young adults in the community will encourage them to stay away from crime.
