This isn’t looking good for both Katt Williams and Suge Knight. The two were arrested last night (Oct. 29) for allegedly robbing a female photographer’s camera Sept. 5, according to CNN. Reports from the Los Angeles County District Attorney office detail charging both men with one count of robbery.

Katt and Suge’s prior arrest record up the ante on the possible consequences, putting them in the position of facing up to seven years and 30 years in prison respectively. The comedian made bail during a court appearance for a separate assault case. Knight was detained in Las Vegas.

Prosecutors intend to request $1 million bail for Suge Knight and $75, 000 bail for Katt Williams.
