Stevie J was quick to show off just how paid he was in the case between himself and MiMi’s boyfriend Nikko, but it appears the Love & Hip Hop star has bigger money problems.

According to RadarOnline, Stevie owes $1.28 million in child support to Carol Bennett, the mother of two of his children. Over the course of 14 years, Stevie has only paid $132,220.30 of his grand total of $1,158, 391 a July 2013 statement with the New York City Office of Child Support Enforcement reports.

Bennett’s representatives are seeking to uncover and collect Stevie’s assets, Radar reports.

“Under the 1992 Child Support Recovery Act, it is a crime to leave a state owing more than $10,000 in unpaid child support arrears for more than 2 years. Mr. Jordan owed more than 20 times that when he left New York to live in the state of Georgia,” Bennett’s rep said.

Bennett’s rep plans to hold a press conference on Oct. 31 at 11:30 a.m. in New York City to discuss the money she is owed. – Alley Olivier
