It suddenly feels like 2005 all over again. While Thugga released this track yesterday for his “Thug Thursday” series, Slim, Paul Wall and Bun B sound at home any day of the week. You’ll recognize the sample on the hook from Slim’s verse from the classic “Still Tippin'” from years past, and the rest of the record finds the three Houston Texans (Port Arthur for Bun) doing what they do best. It’s nothing introspective. Rather, it is a nice song heading into the weekend.

In case you haven’t been paying attention, Slim has been releasing quite the chunk of music recently. A new project on the way, perhaps?
