Atlanta born singer Raury is starting to see the fruits from his labor as the 17-year-old premieres his new song “God’s Whisper” on Billboard. Cultivating his loner spirit and singer-songwriter chops since the tender age of 9, Raury finds himself inspired by a multitude of artists including Bon Iver, Andre 3000, Coldplay, Michael Jackson, Phil Collins and Kid Cudi.

“Growing up, I always had music in the back of my mind, before I even knew what it was. By the time I was nine, my friend and I would talk about what we were going to do and my life purpose,” he says to Billboard. Check out the young artists first single “God Whisper” below.
