Three decades later (and unfortunately six months following the tragic passing of Chris Kelly) the song is still finding its ways to connect with a younger generation of fans.

18 Year Old R&B singer Derek King out of Oakland, California debuting his official single “Jump” with Unauthorized Entertainment (The label that discovered Kirko Bangz) along with 300 Entertainment.  With the assistance of Sage The Gemini & Kirko, produced by T Kelley “Jump” will be the beginning of a very promising career of the young R&B singer.
