Three things about this song:

1. Driving to and from work, I hear Monica and Rick Ross’ “Anything” on the radio quite often. So it’s a great thing she releases the supposed second single now. It gives it time to catch some steam online while the aforementioned first single continues to make its mark on the radio.

2. This song is actually pretty dope. I’m a fan of well written ballads. Monica’s always been one of the better, but more slept on R&B artists. Maybe she’ll never get her true credit, but add this song to her already dope catalog.

3. “Until It’s Gone” = the lonely people’s anthem this fall/winter.
