Will the Free Max B era ever end? Unfortunately not, as news comes today that the Harlem rapper, named Charly Wingate, failed to appeal his murder charge from an incident that occurred in 2006 – ending with the murder of a victim over a robbery in New Jersey. Wingate has been serving time since 2009, and in his recent appeal he argued that the courts should’ve separated his sentence from that of Kelvin Leerdam, his accomplice. The court made the decision to not honor the appeal, keeping its original sentence in place and making Max B available for parole on November 9th, 2042.
