Well, something was going up this past “Tuesday” (October 22), but unfortunately it was more than just Makonnen’s hit song.

Along with Rae Sremmurd, Mike WiLL Made It, Sir Michael Rocks and more, OVO’s Makonnen was at SOBs in New York City the other night for an improtu performance of his hit song “Tuesday” for a packed club. Out of nowhere, a partygoer comes to the front of the stage and appears to seek some dap from Makonnen like any “fan” would. Flipping the script quickly, this unknown person decided to drag the rapper down and proceeded to land a couple of punches before being rushed by security; he vanished before anyone could stop him.

There’s no word on who this person is or why he attacked Makonnen, but it’s safe to say that was a cheap shot and most definitely a sucker move.
