In terms of rapping basketball players from Philly, it’s going to be hard for present day point guard Lou Williams to take the throne from Allen Iverson. Bubba Chuck is Bubba Chuck. Still, and aside from this sentence I will not mention the words “NBA lockout” out of sheer depression, Lou Will has to do something to occupy his time until the owners and players come to some sort of an agreement. In the meantime, Lou seems to moving full steam ahead with his other hustle, rapping.

Probably outside of Ross, 2 Chainz, arguably the most buzzed about rapper in the South right now, and Meek Mill, of equal hype, join the Sixers starter for “Problem.” There’s probably a tape from Lou around the corner, but at the moment I’m unsure of the title. Hearing ball players rap will always be unique to me based off their primary occupation, but the song isn’t too bad. That being said, I’d much rather have the lockout end. Yeah, I know. I broke my own promise.
