Lil Durk may be facing some serious consequences after being arrested for another gun charge. While investigating a murder, cops were let into Durk’s home by a woman when they saw the Chicago rapper in plain sight with multiple weapons. Cops seized a Glock .45-caliber handgun with a magazine and 11 live rounds and a Springfield .45-caliber handfun with a magazine and 13 live rounds, according to the police report. It is not clear if there were rounds in the chambers of the guns, however.

With that being said, Durk’s attorney has a different side of the story. His attorney says, “He’s upset, of course. We feel very confident that he did not possess a gun. No gun was ever in the possession of Mr. Banks. At all. I am trying to investigate what exactly happened.”

Back in August, Durk plead guilty to gun charges and even told the judge that he’d never be back in that courtroom. Since this charge is a violation of his probation, unfortunately it’s not looking good for Durk.
