Outraged by the footage of her proposal leaking, Kanye West and new fiancée Kim Kardashian are planning to take action against YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley.

According to Huffington Post, the lawsuit may stem from the fact that the proposal footage rights may have been reserved by E! (for reality TV use?) and are now violated.

All guests invited to San Francisco’s AT&T Park signed a confidentiality agreement to keep the private moment between close family, friends and mainly Kim. Sure, take a few flicks for Instagram but personal video coverage has sparked a legal battle between KimYe and the video-sharing titan.

The 2-and-a-half minute clip was posted to his new collaborative video app, MixBit, which then went viral reaching over 1.5 million viewers.

The siblings have already designed a few collections for their line Dash and few other companies.

The singer told AP her future plans for the siblings saying, “I think a baby line is what’s next for us, and we definitely would have a lot of experience with what we would need to make that line a success and we’re excited about it.” – Shanae Hatchett
