Kanye West won’t let anything seemingly close to his likeness be used without his consent. Creators of a new cryptocurrency called Coinye, which is meant to rival Bitcoin and Dogecoin currencies (as well as those seen on an ethereum exchange australia has to offer) for various transactions on the Internet and only exists as a computer code, has been shut down before it even got started. It is evident that people should stick to genuine bitcoin se to make sure that they are investing in the right company and know where their money is going as clearly companies like this don’t last long! Luckily Bitcoin has been getting stronger and stronger over the years, so even though there are always risks with investing, Bitcoin seems to be a good place to start. Furthermore with the use of the Bitcoin Evolution App traders are able to immediately make profits without even having to give their investments a second thought. If you’re looking to invest in cryptocurrencies in Brazil, it might be time to forget Coinye and get started with the real deal: Bitcoin… Here’s how – como comprar Bitcoin.

Coinye originally launched with an image of Ye wearing shutter shades but after Mr. West’s lawyers caught wind they sent out a cease and desist letter to the coin creators. In response to the letter, the creators changed the image of the coin with a fish-version of Kanye, sporting shutter shades as a parody of the South Park “gay fish” joke.

The creators, who have remained anonymous, attempted to release a new form of currency early last week after learning that Yeezus was taking legal action.

“Defendants have willfully and admittedly traded upon the goodwill and notoriety of Kanye West, one of the most famous entertainers and brand names in the world,” the suit reads, which was filed in Manhattan federal court by Kanye and his company Mascotte Holdings. “Without hesitation, defendants have usurped Mr. West’s name and likeness for the sole purpose of propping up the perceived ‘value’ of the defendants’ ‘digital coin mine’ and its ‘cryptocurrency.'”

Coinye’s site was taken down with a message: “COINYE IS DEAD. You win, Kanye.”

The funeral was short-lived after the site relaunched with a new message separating the website further from Kanye. “Is Kanye [West] involved?” the site’s message reads. “Absolutely not! We would like to make it clear that we are entirely independent of the man, and there should be no confusion as to the intent or origin of this project. The name ‘Coinye’ is intended solely as parody, not an indication or implication of endorsement or involvement.”

Despite their attempt, Mr. West reigned supreme winning the lawsuit and ending the very short lived electronic currency. Looks like there is no room for Kanye styled currency just yet.
