There’s been an advancement in the case of Kanye West reportedly attacking an 18-year-old in a chiropractor’s waiting room in Beverly Hills, CA. Following the incident, TMZ reports that Kanye has agreed to a settlement in the “upper 6 figures” after he reportedly attacked the young man as a result of him yelling out racial epithets at Kim Kardashian and the paparazzi earlier this month.  There’s no way to tell how much the settlement is for at this tim, but speculation is leaning towards a total of more than $250,000.

According to reports, the D.A. has not yet decided whether or not to charge Kanye with battery but this appears to be an unlikely scenario due to the racial slurs that lead to the altercation and the possibility of members of the jury being Yeezy fans.
