Cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, and trading software like Bitcoin Prime are becoming more and more mainstream as trading prices increase, more people mine currencies, and more media give it attention. Due to all of this, it’s no surprise that so many people are investing their money into Bitcoin. A lot of new Bitcoin users seem to be using Bitcoin Code to help them start trading. For those interested in using it, it might be worth reading this Bitcoin Code Betrug (Bitcoin Code scam) article to see if it is safe to use. Hopefully, that will encourage people to start using cryptocurrencies. However, one cryptocurrency is hitting the news for all the wrong reasons as it has got the attention of the man they are wanting to parody.

Everybody wants a piece of Yeezus. Unfortunately, everyone is unable to bask in the likeness of the self-proclaimed god. Kanye West’s lawyers have issued a cease and desist letter to the makers of an Internet bitcoin that features a cartoony image of Ye rocking a pair of shades.

Kanye clearly isn’t impressed by the handiwork and his lawyers have issued a letter claiming that the coin is a form of trademark infringement that takes away from Ye’s reputation. “Given Mr. West’s wide-ranging entrepreneurial accomplishments, consumers are likely to mistakenly believe that Mr. West is the source of your services,” Kanye’s lawyer Brad Rose wrote.”

The seven anonymous coders are equally unimpressed by Mr. West’s lawyers as they have moved up the release date of the coins to Tuesday (January 7). Announcing on their website, “Due to legal pressure, we will be launching today.” However, the future isn’t exactly looking promising for coinye’s future, as it will more than likely be stopped in it’s tracks legally and therefore potentially hold no real value. People that are looking to invest or buy cryptocurrencies would probably be much better of researching for the cheapest way to buy bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies available that actually hold some monetary value.

The newly reworked image now depicts the Chicago MC as a bloated fish sporting a chain with zig-zag lines cut into his hair. “We want to release this to the public before the man an try to crush it. They’ll still come after us, but that’s OK,” one of the coders told the Journal Monday (January 6).

While the coders are looking to make their own history, Kanye’s legal camp isn’t budging and will take the necessary steps to move for a trademark infringement case. This may bring more visibility to bitcoin and people may become interested in seeing what it is all about by checking out Bitcoin Statistics in 2020 on Zipmex. Maybe this is a positive outcome after all.

“Mr. West is an international renown musical artist, songwriter, producer, film director, and fashion designer, to name just a few of Mr. West’s endeavors,” reads Rose’s letter. “Mr. West’s tremendous success and notoriety has catapulted the KANYE WEST brand into a commercial asset of incalculable value … Several news sources have quoted the developers as stating, ‘We chose Kanye because of his trendsetting abilities and his originality,’ and also that you have decided to remain anonymous ‘in case Kanye gets pissed off.’ Such a statement supports a finding that your infringement is blatant and willful.”

The order required the coders to confirm that they will comply by Monday or they will notify the “cryptocurrency community at large of your infringing actions.”
