Back on April 4th, Kanye West dropped the track ‘Theraflu,’ addressing his love for Kim Kardashian, and took shots at Kris Humphries in the process. After the track and artwork were revealed, the makers of Theraflu released a statement expressing their disapproval of the track:

“We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner.

Since the statement from Threaflu Kanye has released new artwork and changed the name of the controversial track to “Way Too Cold“.

Legal action was not threatened, but who knows what went on behind the scenes and this is surely the best way to prevent anything like that from happening. You would think Kanye would get the consent from such a large company before releasing such explicit content. But then again, it is Kanye.
