It seems like trouble is following Justin Bieber around. Just three weeks after his detainment at the Los Angeles International Airport following his return from Asia, the Biebz is being investigated by LAPD for an attempted robbery charge, according to TMZ.

The singer and his crew were reportedly involved in an altercation with a young woman Monday night (May 12) at Sherman Oaks Castle Park, where Justin was playing mini-golf. JB thought the woman was snapping flicks of him and approached her, where he proceeded to demand for her phone so he could delete them, TMZ reports.

The San Fernando Valley woman claims that he reached into her bag and grabbed it after she refused to hand it over but he was still unable to access her photos because the phone was locked. After Bieber’s fervent requests, she unlocked it and proved she hadn’t taken any pictures.

The young woman, who was with her 13-year-old daughter, says that they had wanted to say hi but that prompted an alleged irate response from Bieber, “You’re humiliating yourself in front of your daughter. Why don’t you just get our of here?”

The woman filed a complaint and the LAPD are working to determine if there was a crime.

“Detectives are currently interviewing the victim. It was reported at 10.30 p.m. Monday night to our Devonshire location and occurred earlier in the day in the Valley,” Officer Rosario Herrera told The Hollywood Reporter.”As of right now, no arrest has been made and detectives are currently interviewing the victim.”
