According to E! News, Kim Kardashian’s 33rd birthday was one for the books when longtime beau Kanye West popped the big question. On Monday evening (Oct. 21), shortly after first presenting at the 2013 Hollywood Film Awards, Yeezy hopped on a jet to San Francisco where he rented out AT&T Park stadium and proposed to his future wifey in front of their closest family and friends.

As fireworks sounded off in the empty arena and a full orchestra played in the background, the “Bound 2″ rapper got on one knee with a 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz custom diamond ring just for the lady of the hour. He even stunted with a PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!” message on the jumbotron.

Ye’s extra day in the Bay Area comes just in time for the second stop on the Yeezus tour with Kendrick Lamar set to hit San Jose Tuesday night (Oct. 22).
