When may think of NBA bets, they think of betting sites such as those listed on https://www.bangthebook.com/sportsbooks/us/. Though most usually bet on the outcome of a game, there are bets made between players and feats they can pull off. Pulling off such a feat is what Kevin Durant is alleged to have bet money on, and alleged to have backed out of.

After reports that Kevin Durant bet The Game $20,000 that he couldn’t make a jumpshot from NBA regulation three-point distance it appears that something isn’t adding up. Apparently, Kevin Durant told TMZ Sports that the bet doesn’t exist and that Game just made it up. Now Game is calling Kevin Durant a sore loser and that others were there to witness the bet. In the future they may want to visit this websites and make the bet through a platform like that to ensure that the payment goes ahead as it should. Bowing out of a bet is a bad image for anyone, especially when it was based on skills in a highly competitive industry. With betting being such a popular hobby, many people compare bookmakers to work out the best way to invest their money into a bet with a positive result. So to back out of a bet is quite rare and yes, gives a bad image. It is understandable that this didn’t happen on this occasion however, but it still looks bad for those involved with the situation.

According to The Game’s latest Instagram post, he and Durant agreed that if Game made the shot KD would meet the kids for the basketbll team he sponsors and would get shoes for all 120; this roughly estimates to $20,000. Game said there are no hard feelings and that he’ll still support Durant because the kids look up to him. He also mentioned that they don’t need the shoes because he just bought them all Lebrons out of his own pocket but thought the kids would benefit from meeting Durant.

Look at the post and read the caption below.

Now why @easymoneysniper frontin on the kids homie ?!?!?!? We clearly said….. “If I made the 3 from NBA range you’d supply the entire @froggallstarsprogram with brand new Kevin Durant shoes”…… 120 kids, close to $200 a shoe equals about $20,000….. How am I lying ???? Just say you a sore loser & you ain’t wanna help the kids…. It ain’t that they need it cause I bought all 120 kids Lebrons out my own pocket as you can see on their Instagram.. But I thought it would be kool for them to meet you & be able to ball in your shoes especially since they look up to you & I made the shot as WE AGREED…@champagnepapi was right there, so was @jharden13@trim_skit & @Demar_Derozan But don’t sweat it champ, we’ll still support you & I’ll go buy them myself just cause they mean that much to me….. 1 love – The Game #FroggAllstars #NikeBasketball #iGotTheKids #itsTooHardForSomePeopleToKeepIt100 #MyOldestSonsFavoritePlayer #WhyWouldILieAboutSomethingThatsForTheKids
