Future and The Roots & Friends are set to join the lineup for the second annual BET Experience at L.A. Live. The late-night concerts are joined by two nights of comedy. The new headliners join the previously announced roster of Staples Center festival performers that includes Maxwell, Jill Scott, Rick Ross, August Alsina, Jennifer Hudson, Tamar Braxton and more.

Future will take the lead at Club Nokia on Friday, June 27. His 11 p.m. concert will be preceded by “ComicView Live!” The Roots & Friends hold down Saturday with a return to BETX. Their show will follow “Centric Presents … The Next Comedy All-Star” featuring comics Red Grant, Rudy Rush, Gary “G-Thang” Johnson, Nika Williams and Malik S.
