Frank Ocean is making some structural readjustments. The team that helped lead him to channel Orange and his first Grammy will no longer be rocking in his inner circle. According to a report from Buzzfeed, Frank Ocean has cut ties with both his management and publicist team. Now, Ocean has moved on to the Hollywood agency ID PR who represent folks like Alicia Keys.

The Odd Future crooner has kept a moderately low profile since his debut two summers ago. With an album due out later this year, Frank’s decision to part ways from longtime management duo Christian and Kelly Clancy and PR firm, Life or Death, are unknown. While the Odd Future rap collective becomes more fragmented, it is easy to speculate that this may be the crooner’s further distancing himself from the group since both the management team and PR agency continue to manage the collective.

As per Ocean’s usual, the singer is keeping everything hush, hush. Details surrounding his sophomore album also remain scarce.

  1. I was just listening to Channel Orange the other day. Can’t wait til his new project drops. I need something to stimulate my mind.
