After working together on the Yeezus tour, Flying Lotus and Kendrick Lamar are finally giving us a taste of what they cooked up together.

FlyLo’s single with K. Dot called “Never Catch Me” was released exclusively by the L.A. Leakers last night, and already it’s getting some exciting feedback. Despite their chemistry on the new track, it turns out that Kendrick might have taken a fair amount of beats from FlyLo to record on, as he recently told Pitchfork.

He told the site:

“…We’ve been working on stuff together. I went on tour and he recorded to a bunch of my songs. I don’t know if he’s gonna use them or not, but he recorded a bunch of stuff, which is why there’s no Captain Murphy album out yet. He took all my beats!. Yeah! At this point, I don’t even know! But he took, like, 12, 13 of my tracks, man. I think he recorded all of them, too. I just don’t know if they’re ever gonna see the light of day.”

Hopefully Kendrick and FlyLo can keep working together and making music magic. Check out their track below!
