Erica Mena and Bow Wow had the rumor mill buzzing this past weekend when he posted a picture of his lady to Instagram wearing a ring on her engagement finger. They added fuel to the fire when the Love & Hip Hop starlet showed up to the BET Hip-Hop Awards rocking the bling, and mentioned that he was her fiancé to the press.

Now, Erica is confirming that the rumors are, in fact, true, as she called into Hot 97 and told Rosenberg the scoop on Bow Wow and how it happened.

She told the show that she is “doing things different with this one,” and as far as talking about the ring making it’s debut on the carpet, she said “it’s hard to miss it.”

As far as her ex-girlfriend Cyn Santana goes, she was pretty mum about whether she talked to her about it, and made it clear that their relationship is a thing of the past.
