It looks like we will have to wait a little while to see or hear Drake and Chris Brown collaborate on a song together, as their set performance for the OVO Fest this weekend has been cancelled.

According to TMZ, the two were going to debut their new track together at the Toronto festival for Monday night, but Breezy can’t get into Canada. The country has a zero tolerance policy as far as crimes, and Chris wouldn’t be able to get past that factor.

Sources say that not only would the performance be the first time these two link up together publicly, but the track is rumored to have a few references to their mutual ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

Maybe there’s still a chance for them to perform together during Drake’s upcoming tour with Lil’ Wayne that is set to kick off in the U.S. this month!

Are you guys going to be at theĀ OVO Fest this weekend?

The tmz story about Chris and Drake is false. First, Tyga confirmed that the collab has nothing to do with Rihanna. Secondly, Chris IS able to enter Canada hence Toronto was one of the stops on his FAME tour back in 2011. http://youtu.be/sT9-A47-o1E With that said, not everything tmz posts about Chris is factual.
