Drake and the PR firm, ID-PR have severed ties after the issue with Rolling Stone which resulted in resulted in a cover story switch from Drizzy to Phillip Seymour Hoffman.

ID-PR was brought in to help the OVO leader during the release of Nothing Was The Same and it’s supplemental set of shows, Would You Like A Tour?

Using their skills for themselves, ID-PR released a brief statement to Billboard stating, “Drake is an incredibly talent artist and we’re proud of our results for Nothing Was the Same and Would You Like a Tour? We wish him the best.”

After the issue with Rolling Stone, Drake decided that he would no longer do interviews with magazines. There is currently no word on where the NWTS creator will look for his PR services in the future.
