Eva Marcille Pigford is said to have filed a restraining order against boyfriend, Kevin McCall following a heated argument. McCall allegedly kicked down doors in the couple’s home and attempted to take their 2-month-old daughter, Marley Rae, out of Eva’s arms.

There are claims that the America’s Next Top Model winner filed the restraining rode on March 28, ordering McCall to stay 100 yards away. However, a blushing family photo appeared on the model/actress’ Instagram on April 4.

Neither side has issued a statement.
