It’s been a long time coming but Stalley is finally ready to release his highly-anticipated debut album Ohio. A few years since signing with Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group, the 31-year-old rapper’s first official project is about to hit stores October 27th, and it will live up to fans’ expectations.

Coming from a more off-the-map city as far as hip-hop is concerned, it  hasn’t been an easy road for Stalley who hopes that his project will put his beloved hometown of Massillon on the map.

“We’ve never really had a success story where I’m from,” he explained. “Literally, we’ve never had anyone do what I’m doing on a worldwide scale. So I feel as though that’s important. I’m saying that really for Massillon, not Ohio. It’s so important to me.”

Now in celebration mode as we count down the days until the full project releases, Stalley is at a loss for words to explain everything he feels. “I’ve been waiting my whole life for this moment. To be able to share it with the people who supported me and have been waiting on it is a feeling I can’t really explain,” he said.
