Looks like Chris Brown will be heading back into the courtroom.

Frank Ocean’s cousin, Sha’kir Duarte, has filed a lawsuit against CB and is asking for $3 million in damages, according to TMZ. Duarte claims that Brown’s bodyguard dished out an onslaught of pain and suffering that he breaks down in a list equipped with lofty price tags as follows: $1 million for pain, suffering and inconvenience; $1 million for emotional distress; and $1 million for punitive damages.

This is the second lawsuit Duarte has filed against Breezy following the alleged brawl between the two camps earlier this year. The X Files crooner filed a countersuit against Duarte last month claiming that Duarte instigated the fight and attacked him. – Alley Olivier
