A rather risky move by Taylor Gang member Chevy Woods as he has his chance to go over one of Pac’s more memorable records, “Picture Me Rollin.” Before getting into Chevy, allow me to say this, Pac’s verse here was something special. And it probably could have been even better had he had the opportunity to do three verses instead of one. No disrespect to Big Syke and CPO, but I’ve always wished that song was just 2Pac and Danny Boy.

Mama I’m still thuggin’, the world is a war zone
My homies is inmates and most of ’em dead wrong

Anywho, Chevy felt like paying homage to Pac by lyrically venting himself over said instrumental. Some people will have a problem with it mainly because no Pac “tribute” is never enough, but kudos to the guy for keeping his name out there. It’s little stuff like this which have made Pac and Biggie’s legacies have legs longer than most could have ever imagined.
