I wanna thank the hood for the biggest wake since Christopher Wallace…

As Harlem attempts to come to grips with life after Huddy 6, many awaited some type of musical response from one of his closest friends, Cam’ron. While speaking about his debut project Slime Flu with MTV, Vado also took time to speak about how Killa took the tragedy.

“He’s happy, he’s in very high spirits right now,” Vado described. “He’s trying to stay out, he don’t want to be in the house, all bottled up like he was before. He just started actually speaking two days ago, and you know actually moving. He wasn’t talking, he wasn’t moving [before], he was in shock for about three days straight, just crying.”

In the early hours of Monday morning, Cam let loose of the tribute to Huddy by using Eminem and Wayne’s Just Blaze produced “No Love.” It’s a quality record because Cam is sincere throughout and hides no emotion when speaking on his fallen comrade. One thing is for sure. We all know the passing obviously hit dude hard, but Mase’s no-show at the funeral only compounded the hurt (Where Betha at?/I’m like fuck Mase…).
