1. Tony Bennett – Duets II – 179,317 – The man’s a living legend with this number one album added to a list of achievements already 100 miles long. Respect.

3. Adele – 21 – 116,859 – She’s going to be in the top five for foreseeable future. I can’t wait to see what her number do during the holiday season. She’ll probably release a new single around that time too. Just a hunch.

5. Lil Wayne – Tha Carter IV – 84,139 – Fresh off his birthday (29th, I believe), Weezy’s still nestled in the top five selling albums in the country with 1.5M in arms reach. Seriously, it’s crazy he’s not 30 yet. Feels like he’s been around forever.

7. Mindless Behavior – #1 Girl – 36,428 – To be honest, I was unaware they even had an album out. I just hear the song on the radio from time to time. According to Jon Caramanica, they’ll be here for awhile though.

9. Jay-Z & Kanye West – Watch The Throne – 30,543 – Sooner or later they’ll release a new video for this album. I think.

47. Amy Winehouse – Back To Black – 9,142 – You know, I may buy this album soon. And yes, that makes me apart of the “oh you didn’t buy this until after she died” club. She really was talented minus all the bullsh*t.

92. Jill Scott – Light Of The Sun – 5,213 – 337K and counting. Those are excellent numbers. I like to believe .00001% of the reason stems from her guest appearance on Law & Order: SVU.

105. Big Sean – Finally Famous: The Album – 4,547 – All I ask for is an official video for “So Much More.”
