1. Jill Scott – Light Of The Sun – 136,000 – She looked great and performed even better at the BET Awards and from what I hear about this album, it’s well worth the price of admission.

6. Royce & Eminem (Bad Meets Evil) – Hell: The Sequel – 63,000 – This brings the tally to 234,000. Just wait until they release the video for “Lighters” (aka the song with Bruno Mars). That should give them another pop culture steroid shot; even if I’m not a huge fan of the record in particular.

7. LMFAO – Sorry For Party Rocking – 27,000 – Regardless if they go on to become bigger celebrities than what they already are, or fizzle out by the end of this year, “Shots” will forever be a party classic.

18. Bruno Mars – Doo Wops & Hooligans – 19,000 – Speaking of the crooner, he’ll have 1.3M albums under his belt by this time next week.

39. Tech N9Ne – All 6’s & 7’s – 12,000 – Oh, this will get to 100K sold by next week. For real, applaud this man.

60. MMG – Self Made – 8,000 – There’s a chance Tech will surpass Ross & co. at some point in the future. The momentum behind this album has seemingly leveled off and most of the members appear to be focusing on solo projects now. You think they read Freddie Gibbs’ latest Complex interview though?

86. Gorilla Zoe – King Kong – 5,700 – We’re a long, long time removed from the glory days of “Hood N*gga.” Hell, even “Juice Box.”
