3. Michael Jackson – Michael – 228,000 – I haven’t heard the album, but the word is it’s a train wreck.

5. R. Kelly – Love Letter – 154,000 – This is a win all the way around. Without nearly the amount of promo as some of his past albums, the Pied Piper still managed to release impressive first week numbers. And on top of it all, the album is pretty damn good. “How Do I Tell Her?” is a monster of a ballad.

7. Diddy-Dirty Money – Last Train To Paris – 101,000 – When Puff doesn’t attempt to rap, this is an enjoyable album. Good thing for the group though, there are more than its fair share of singles on here.

8. Nicki Minaj – Pink Friday – 97,000 – Nicki still moving close to 100K a week? Impressive. This time next week she should be at 700K.

20. T.I. – No Mercy – 69,000 – I haven’t seen numbers like this for Tip since Trap Muzik first released (approximately 230K in total). Unfortunately, these are two completely different points in his career. And two completely different albums.

22. Kanye West – My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy – 66,000 – This brings the total to somewhere around 738,000. The “Monster” video is still coming and now I hear one for “All Of The Lights” (which I’m still calling to be performed at the Grammys) is around the corner. Platinum in no time.

182. Lloyd Banks – The Hunger For More 2 – 5,800 – No. No. No. Just no. There is no way this album has yet to sell at least 100,000 copies. “I Don’t Deserve You” needs a visual.

198. Sheek Louch – Donnie G: Don Gorilla – 5,500 – Can’t say I didn’t see this one coming.
