For 11 years now, Alicia Keys has been working as a philanthropist through the annual Keep a Child Alive Gala, which is meant to help raise funds for children with HIV/AIDS overseas. This year’s attendees included Russell Simmons, Kanye West, Sean “Diddy” Combs,  Angela Simmons, Madonna, Nas and many more. Also, Givenchy’s Artistic Director, Riccardo Tisci, was honored with the Keep a Child Alive Humanitarian Award. Watch a video for the event below.
