It’s the end of an era. 50 Cent has announced his departure from Shady/Aftermath/Interscope records after 12 successful years.

“I have had great success to date with Shady/Aftermath/Interscope and I’d like to thank Eminem and Dr. Dre for giving me an incredible opportunity. I’ve learned so much from them through the years. I am excited to enter this new era where I can carry out my creative vision,” he said.

Fif has inked a new distribution deal with Caroline/Capitol/UMG records which will release Animal Ambition June 3. The LP will be available for pre-order March 18 and will gift fans two free tracks. Curtis Jackson will also debut a new track and accompanying video leading up to the release.
