According to TMZ there will be no forthcoming jail time for Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson as the rapper has reached a plea deal in his domestic violence and violence case from this past summer.

Back in June, 50 was charged with four counts of misdemeanor vandalism and one count of misdemeanor domestic violence which allegedly resulted in just over $7,000 in damage.

Avoiding a sentence, 50 has agreed to a deal that will drop his domestic violence charge while pleading no contest to one count of domestic vandalism.

The Queens rapper received three years probation, 30 days of community service along with counseling sessions and restitution to the mother of his second child Daphne.
