SZA is back with new music, as she just released a new song called “Hit Different.” The song features Ty Dolla $ign and was produced by the Neptunes. It even comes with a video, which marks SZA’s directorial debut.

Following the release of the track, SZA took to social media to share, “Just wanted to start sharing stuff… first time directing… thank you to everyone involved that brought my heart to life… thank u for putting up w me #TDE.” In addition to revealing her upcoming collaborations with hit artists like Sia, Timbaland, Jhene Aiko, Kehlani, Megan Thee Stallion, Lizzo, and Pharrell during her recent Rolling Stone interview, SZA also announced that the arrival of her sophomore album would be sometime this year.
