Young Dolph Shares New Single “Death Row” As Lambo Giveaway Continues
by Staff Editor
Young Dolph just returned with a new single, album announcement and a contest for fans. Titled as “Death Row,” his new single he pays homage to rap’s most notorious label.
Over the Bandplay– produced beat, Dolph talks about rewards of his success, the risks he took to reach the top, sharing his wealth with his community. “Death Row” is the latest single from Rich Slave, Dolph’s next album, which will be available August 14th.
Dolph explains the title of his upcoming album in a press release, stating, “It’s the reality of being Black in this country. You can have money, and you can be a benefactor and a leader in your community, but all people see is Black skin. All the bullsh*t I heard about as a kid, we still face in today’s time. Over the years, they have given us a little bit of freedom but it’s only a temporary pacifier. Hopefully this album makes people understand that even though guys like me are doing well, we’re still affected by racism and inequality. It’s 2020, but the same stuff is still going on.”
Additionally, Young Dolph announces the “Rich Slave Lamborghini Contest.” The contest will last until 11:59pm ET on August 20th. The winner will be rewarded with a custom-wrapped, blue-and-orange-striped 2018 Aventador S Roadster Lamborghini ($412k value). The Lambo will also be personally delivered to the winner by Young Dolph himself. The winner will be announced on September 4th.
