Tekashi 6ix9ine’s transition back into the rap game might face its consequences. Known as one of the most famous trolls on the internet, the rapper is looking forward to a speedy release after his broadcasted testimony against his fellow allies. A report released on Monday (Oct. 14) by TMZ revealed that Hot 97 may have to take matters into their own hands for the hip-hop game.

According to TMZ, a Hot 97 “executive” said the station has never really been fans of the troubled rapper and that they have no plans to play his music once he is released. Shortly after reports got out, Hot 97 radio host Ebro Darden clears the air.

Ebro responds to the rumors via Twitter, check the tweets below.

Hot 97 Music Director TT Torrez also used her platform to shut down any conflicting rumors via Instagram. Check out the post which features TMZ’s story headline below.

6ix9ine has reportedly been working on a new album during his stay in prison, recently signing a $10 million deal with former label 10k Projects. He plans on releasing two albums with one recorded in English and the other recorded in Spanish. 6ix9ine plans to be released following his sentencing on Dec. 18, 2019 for cooperation with law enforcement during the trial.
