Swae Lee, rapper of Rae Sremmurd transparently revealed a side that other rappers usually shy away from: romance. Perhaps Swae’s new single, “Sextasy” was just about friends with benefits, but the music video told us otherwise.

Starring Model, Cenit Nadir, the chemistry was definitely visible throughout the video making us wonder if these two are actually an item? hmmm…

This mini-cinematic visual directed by Chuck Grant and Mike Will made us wish we lived in Malibu. It follows Swae and Cenit in their pad by the poolside where we see flamingos surrounding the lovers. As the story continues it becomes even hotter, romantic, and sensual. They cruise in an old fashioned Corvette Stingray during the day like a modern Bonnie and Clyde. Finally, the couple settles at the beach at night only to enjoy each other, tunes, champagne, and a California exotic treat.

While Swae Lee delves into new levels through his music, he will also perform during Post Malone‘s Runaway Tour as a special guest starting this Saturday.

In case you were wondering, Slxm Jimmi of Rae Sremmurd also explored his journey as a solo artist. After rumors of the group breaking up, the group denied it and confirmed a release for their fourth studio album during an Essence interview last March:

Swae Lee is currently working on a solo album, SremmLife 4, which will include his latest single “Won’t Be Late,” featuring Drake.
