While speaking at the commencement of Harlem’s Promise Academy Producer Pharrell William gave more than an inspirational message. He also gave the entire class internships after completing their first year of college.

“So let me be clear, every member of the 2019 graduating class, is guaranteed an internship waiting for them, you, next summer,” Pharrell said in a video posted by Harlem’s Children’s Zone. “It’s one thing to be ‘woke,’ another to be awake, leaned in and engaged.” Says Williams.

While it hasn’t been specific where each student will hold an internship we can guess that a few will be mentored under his wing.
