For the past few years, the newer generation of R&B artists has been getting criticism from all ends on their lack of authentic talent and voice. Earlier this week, the members of 90s R&B group SWV gave their opinions on some of today’s leading ladies in R&B.

Cheryl “Coko” Gamble, Tamara “Taj” Johnson and Leanne “Lelee” Lyons joined Cocca Butter to watch a series of music videos from artists, giving their solid opinions, with overall positive comments. Throughout the video, the ladies listened to songs by H.E.R., Jhené Aiko, Chloe x Halle, Kehlani, Teyana Taylor, and Queen Naija.

While the girl group kept it real and nice, fans could definitely peep the facial expressions that were made when various songs came on.
