R. Kelly has been charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse in Cook County, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

News emerged on Friday, along with his first court date on March 8. His attorney, Steven Greenberg, has previously denied Kelly’s alleged misconduct.

Attorney Michael Avenatti of Stormi Daniels fame initially broke the story that he and his team had been working on the case secretly since April 2018.
