It’s been almost a year since R&B singer & Civil Selects Alum Siergio made his #1 debut atop the iTunes R&B charts with sophomore album ‘This Will Hurt’. The 13-track set spawned buzzworthy hits like ‘On My Way’ and ‘Temporary’, both charting separately on the iTunes R&B charts in January. Now Siergio is back with a haunting visual for fan-favorite album closer ‘Waiting’. Get into the video below and let us know what you think.

Siergio says the song itself came about after having a conversation with God, “this was a deeply personal record for me, it’s really about my position in life and the music industry just waiting my turn to be seen and heard.”

In February of 2018, Siergio would make his Billboard R&B premiere with the #10 album slot independently.

Sharing more about the video, he continues, “I just know patience is truly a virtue and everything that has happened to me thus far is just preparing me for what’s to come, so in the video the leading lady actually represents God to me. So instead of me fulfilling my dreams realistically in the video, we actually just miss each other. It’s all about God’s timing.”

Siergio is set to perform for Billboard Atlanta’s new artist showcase on February 19th, you can get free tickets here. The show directly supports water relief efforts in Africa for every attendee.
